Amadou Diallo (41) found dead at a home weeks after being shot in the head and chest

On 16 September 2004 the body of 41-year-old Amadou Diallo from Guinea was found in a home in Amsterdam. He had been shot in the head and chest and had been lying there for several weeks. His car, passport and driving licence were missing. According to reports, Diallo may have acted as a money changer for criminals, which could explain a motive. Nothing can be found in public sources about the location of the home, the progress of the investigation or any suspects; as far as is known, no one was ever convicted of his death.
