Peter van Hees (41) stabbed to death at home; killer jumps from balcony

On Saturday 14 August 2004 Peter van Hees (40 or 41; sources differ) was stabbed to death in his home in Amsterdam. When police entered the flat, 31-year-old Younis C. was still there. He heard the officers and jumped from the first-floor balcony; he was slightly injured and handcuffed on the spot. What the relationship between the two men was, what led to the killing and what sentence C. received cannot be found in public sources; no judgment in the case has been published.
