Armando 'Ali' Petalo (16) fatally shot by friend while playing with loaded firearm in Zuidoost

On Sunday evening, January 16, 2022, shortly after 7:00 PM, a fatal shooting occurred in a home on Sinderenstraat in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. The victim was 16-year-old Armando Petalo, known to his friends as "Ali." The shooting took place in the apartment of Armando's father while the father was abroad.
